Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Counter Salesperson to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
1) Greeting customers and taking orders.
2) Processing payments.
3) Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
4) Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
5) Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
6) Updating the product inventory.

Coordinator Requirements
1) Knowledge and use of cash register.
2) On the job training.
3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Good personal appearance.
5) Conflict management skills preferred.

Responsibilities
1) In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.
2) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse
3) Accomplish any task/responsibility assign by warehouse manager
4) To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly load or unload from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process
5) Inform store supervisor/ Assistant Store Supervisor when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately
6) Acknowledge receipt of goods and dated
7) Prepare arranging and stacking of goods
8) Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking
9) Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor/ Warehouse Manager
10) Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery
11) Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery

Requirements
1) Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field
2) Good in inventory control and analytical skills
3) Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
4) Contract (3 months)

Major Responsibilities:
1) Execute all activities within the marketing department and handle marketing communications for the company. Maintain and update marketing materials.
2) Implement marketing strategies and plans in alignment with the company direction.
3) Plan and organize marketing events and exhibitions.
4) Perform market research, competitor analysis, monitoring, and customer satisfaction survey.
5) Preparation of various presentations as required.
6) Assist in preparation of marketing materials and brochures write ups.
7) Compile and generate monthly report on sales activities
8) Support sales staff by compiling, analysing and summarising sales data and statistics.
9) Support regional office for marketing activities, seminars and meetings.
10) Regular update to the Regional President on the strategy key projects / country strategy / action plans and measures.
11) Monitor marketing budget vs expenses.
12) Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time

Requirements Profile
1) Min Diploma Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in related field
2) Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position
3) Good interpersonal and communication skills. Effective communication skills.
4) Good time management skill and systematic. Ability to pick up product knowledge and respond fast to requirement

Responsibilities
1) Exposure to all financial related matters including managing the accounts, payroll, financial reporting and assessing financial performance for monitoring & decision making.
2) Day to day running of the Accounts Department including payments, review invoices, journals, bank reconciliations, handling of operational issues, and other relevant works.·
3) Month end closing; preparation, review and analysis of management accounts, preparation of financial budgets and cashflow forecast.·
4) Coordinate the preparation of annual reports & annual audits including liaison with auditors on interim and year end statutory audits and other ad-hoc exercises.·
5) Evaluation of performances, variance analysis, cost control.·
6) Coordinate tax compliance and dealing with tax agents including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Sales & Services Tax, among others.·
7) Liaising with bankers, lawyers, other external consultants and relevant government authorities.·
8) Perform credit assessment of potential counterparties and submit recommendation·
9) Procurement function inclusive liaising with vendors, issuance of Purchase Orders and vendor monitoring·
10) Other works to be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements
1) Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification(s).·
2) Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3) Able to handle complete set of financial statements would be an added advantage·
4) Able to undertake initiatives to work independently

Responsibilities
1) To assist lorry driver to load and unloading stocks from warehouse
2) To ensure the vehicles are in good working order and perform the normal maintenance check before and after daily use of the vehicles
3) Ensuring goods safely delivered to required location
4) To stand by the lorry as instructed earlier
5) To assist lorry driver to conduct a pre-survey on the travel plans and routes for smooth daily operations
6) Ensure smooth operations in warehouse.
7) Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management

Requirements
1) Candidate possess GDL or E license and familiar with using GPS will be an added advantage
2) Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
3) At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4) Punctual and reliable.
5) Physically fit and healthy.
